Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Chalks subscription plans (Solo, Standard, Unlimited) and AI insight add-on packs are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason including unused quota or partially used billing periods.
2. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not trigger a refund of the current period. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
3. Add-On Packs
AI insight add-on packs are one-time purchases. They are non-refundable. Unused insights from an add-on pack expire at the end of the billing period in which they were purchased and do not carry over.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us at support@chalks.app within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, reverse the incorrect charge.
5. Coaching Enrollments
Batch enrollments and courses sold by coaching organisations are governed by the refund policy of each organisation, not by this policy. Contact the coaching directly for any enrollment refund request.
